About goinsure
goinsure is an independent marketplace for insurance. We mediate offers between a number of insurance providers and policyholders.
goinsure is not an insurance intermediary, and the Customer acknowledges that by making its platform available, goinsure does not provide advice in accordance with executive order no. 1113 of 02/06/2021 (IDD).
Please read the following terms carefully before using goinsure
Terms of use of goinsure
By accessing goinsure you accept and are bound by the terms below. Individual documents and parts of the portal may be subject to special terms and conditions which will apply in addition to those mentioned here. The use of this portal and associated services may be regulated in separate agreements.
The content of the goinsure.market portal and related services are provided as is and provided by goinsure aps, referred to as the Service Provider. The service provider makes no warranty regarding the portal or its content. The service provider reserves the right to update the portal at any time and to stop providing access to it. The Service Provider is not responsible for costs, losses or damages that may arise as a result of using the portal, regardless of whether the Service Provider or a representative thereof had been aware of an error in the service.
Restrictions on the use of the portal and for entering into binding agreements
The purpose of the portal is solely to convey offers between insurance companies and policyholders in the form of individuals, companies, or agents for this purpose. Insurance brokers who act on the mandate of companies or individuals, guarantee that they have a valid broker’s mandate issued by the customer before an offer is obtained on their behalf via the goinsure portal.
The information on the portal should not be construed as advice or an invitation to buy or sell or a recommendation by any of the insurance providers. goinsure is not responsible for any losses or damages or actions that result from insurance quotes entered into via the goinsure portal.
Information on the processing of personal data and the use of cookies
Personal information that is entered in connection with filling in offers, etc. on the portal or otherwise registered in connection with this, is processed by goinsure in accordance with goinsure’s policy on data processing on goinsure.market.
We use cookies to provide targeted products and services as well as a secure online environment. This should provide better digital experiences and make our content more relevant to you. You can find more information about cookies under “Cookies” on goinsure.market
Information provided by third parties
The links available through the portal are for the user’s information only. The service provider is not responsible for material produced or otherwise made available by third parties, regardless of whether this material can be accessed via a link on the portal. Such third parties must provide the legally required information about themselves on their own websites, and the service provider is not responsible for any missing or insufficient information.
Communication via the portal
Communication via the portal, such as chat between the offeree and the insurance provider, is encrypted. Users should not send personal data or other confidential information to goinsure or insurance provider outside the portal. The users of the portal are made aware that the confidentiality of non-encrypted messages sent via external networks cannot be guaranteed.
goinsure is under no obligation to execute orders or instructions submitted via external e-mail. goinsure is entitled, on behalf of the offeree, to convey general information to the insurance providers that the policyholder requests in relation to these offers. goinsure shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the loss or alteration of such messages.
goinsure is not responsible for information provided by insurance applicants in connection with the use of the Solution, including information that is obtained automatically via postings in public databases such as CVR; BBR, CRM etc. It is the Customer’s duty to assess whether the information received must be checked afterwards. It is correspondingly the customer’s duty to check whether the result of the information received can be used as a basis for subscription.
Copyright and Trademarks
gosinure owns the ownership, copyright (c) and all other intellectual property rights to the portal. All rights reserved in all countries. Publication, reproduction, transfer, or storage of the content of the portal, in whole or in part, is not permitted, unless the holder of the property right, copyright or intellectual property rights has given permission to do so. The prohibition does not apply to storage on a computer or printing for personal use. The material must be cited in accordance with applicable legislation. In these cases, the source must always be stated. However, trademarks or logos displayed on the portal may not be reproduced, published, or distributed without goinsure’s written permission.
Current legislation
The above terms and conditions are governed by Danish law, and any disputes arising from the content of the portal or services offered on it must be dealt with by Danish courts.
Quote calculations
The calculations are based on assumptions provided by the insurance providers, and the result is therefore only indicative until accepted by the provider.
The calculations are based on full-year premiums unless otherwise specifically stated. goinsure reserves the right for errors and omissions in the calculations.
